Job Title : Sales Operations Sr. Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE : To support sales operations activities by coordinating with agents, commercial teams, and supply functions to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines in executing assigned sales operations tasks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day operations
- Executes daily activities related to sales operations and supply coordination, ensuring timely and accurate handling of orders, forecasts, and documentation.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Supports in tracking product availability and coordinating with supply chain and site operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to markets.
- Assists in collecting and updating demand forecasts in coordination with commercial teams and sales data owners.
- Prepares and maintains sales orders, inventory reports, and related data to support the achievement of sales and shipping targets.
- Works closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on demand plans and address any discrepancies.
- Assists in analyzing sales and supply data to highlight potential risks (e.g., low stock, overstock, near expiry) and escalate them to the supervisor for action.
- Helps maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including customer and product information.
- Participates in new product launch planning by supporting the execution of sales operations tasks related to availability, logistics, and communication.
- Prepares inputs and summaries for monthly demand review meetings and assists in following up on agreed action items.
Support to Team and Coordination
- Provides operational and administrative support to ensure that cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams runs smoothly and effectively.
- Coordinates internally and externally to ensure proper flow of communication related to sales operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identifies and reports suggestions for process improvement in daily tasks related to sales planning, order management, and communication flow.
Reporting
- Prepares and shares regular reports on sales operations performance, forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory levels, and order status, as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum: Bachelor in a related field.
