Carry on the operational control in dispatching Royal Jordanian flights at the most safe and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing the daily schedule load-sheet for the next shift.
- Analyzing the WX condition for the next day & keep Dispatch Manager and Flight Operations Management updated.
- Running test flight plans for passenger and cargo flights and check the maximum load for each flight.
- Preparing flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports and field conditions.
- Computing the amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to type of aircraft, distance of flight, maintenance limitations, weather conditions and minimum fuel requirements prescribed by the company regulations.
- Reviewing previous briefings and notifies assigned Shift Leader about any important information that may affect safety of the flight.
- Communicating with Crew Scheduling in regard to operating Crew rotation or possible crew change.
- Monitoring all e-mails and communications through VHF / ACARS.
- Monitoring all inbound traffic WX requests by operating crew through the Fleet Watch & ACARS.
- Updating the crew on any relevant deteriorating weather conditions at Destination & Alternates and other information.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any Related field.
