Responsibilities:
Commercial Management
- Develop and manage the annual budget plan, including purchase forecasting.
- Set and monitor sales targets (sell-out) aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and update a monthly tracker for both sales targets and purchasing budgets.
- Oversee and manage stock levels.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget in coordination with the marketing calendar.
- Lead the development and execution of the yearly marketing plan.
- Supervise and guide content creation to align with brand identity and promotional strategies.
- Manage the B2B budget and oversee initiatives targeting corporate clients.
- Submit monthly sales performance and budget tracking reports.
Supply Chain & Inventory
- Place, track, and verify supplier orders in line with demand and stock rotation policies.
- Ensure all orders are insured appropriately and follow compliance procedures.
- Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines, resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Provide regular reports on stock status, turnover rate, and safety stock levels.
Accounting
- Review and analyze the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial health.
- Evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) for each campaign, event, or major activity.
Human Resources
- Oversee the hiring process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who fit the company culture.
- Conduct on-boarding and training sessions for new team members.
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and performance.
- Develop strategies to retain top talent and reduce staff turnover.
- Manage employee scheduling and attendance to ensure smooth store operations and adequate coverage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or luxury brands.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is required.
- Strong background in customer service.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of skincare and beauty products, preferably with dermatological insight.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Working Environment:
The Business Manager will be based in Amman, Jordan, with frequent travel required between various store locations.
