Job Brief:
This full-time role is dedicated to supporting daily operations within the B2B segment. The person in this position will play a key role in dispatching corporate ride requests, building and managing a fleet of drivers for corporate services, and ensuring seamless execution and follow-up of B2B operations. The role is initially assigned to an evening shift, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the dispatching of B2B ride requests
- Build and manage a fleet of drivers dedicated to corporate services
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on all corporate ride requests
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high service quality
- Monitor driver performance and availability for B2B rides
- Assist in reporting and documentation for all B2B-related rides
- Support in resolving on-ground issues related to corporate transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, based on business needs
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
