Position Overview
Ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and improving production operations — ensuring smooth workflow, accurate material usage, and on-time project delivery. You will work closely with production supervisors, the technical office, and the quality team to maintain performance standards and drive continuous improvement.

Amman – Al Qastal Industrial Area
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement efficient production processes and layouts
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to targets
• Coordinate with the technical office on shop drawings and cutting lists
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Optimize material usage, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency
• Support CNC programming and process documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in a furniture or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production workflows, wood machinery, and materials
• Proficient in AutoCAD or IMOS; ERP experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities
