About the Role
Are you a high-energy, goal-driven sales professional passionate about fitness, wellness, and changing lives? We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing gym brand that’s redefining the fitness experience.
In this role, you’ll lead membership sales, build strong relationships with the local community, and drive revenue — all while fostering a motivating environment for individuals to achieve their health goals.
Note: This role is being recruited in collaboration with a leading brand in the fitness sector.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute membership sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Recruit, lead, train, and support the gym's sales team to maximize performance and motivation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new leads through direct outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Create an exceptional and smooth onboarding experience for all new members.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with gym operations, marketing teams, and trainers to ensure an outstanding client journey.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within fitness, hospitality, lifestyle, or service industries.
- A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer bases.
- High energy, passion for fitness, and a people-first, motivating leadership style.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
