About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal projects, managing task execution, supporting structured workflows, and ensuring effective cross-team communication. This position is vital in driving smooth project execution and operational efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Project and Task Coordination- Manage and maintain task lists using project management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Asana.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and follow up on task progress and deadlines.
- Regularly update task statuses and ensure alignment with overall project plans.
Team Communication and Coordination- Facilitate clear and timely communication across departments.
- Organize and document meetings, track action items, and ensure their completion.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve issues and remove blockers affecting project flow.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring- Prepare weekly and monthly project status and progress reports.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate task and project health.
- Identify risks, delays, or process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
Operational Support and Process Development- Support the development of templates, workflows, and documentation tools.
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational procedures and best practices.
- Help train team members on the use of internal tools and coordination methods.
Quality and Continuous Improvement- Review task outputs and deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards.
- Gather feedback from team members and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor internal satisfaction and execution quality to support continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities- Assist in preparing internal presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Support coordination of internal training sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, task tracking, or operations roles.
- Strong experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with KPIs, reporting, and process documentation is a plus.
