Summary of Position
The Account Executive’s main focus is working closely with the Senior Account Executive, Client Servicing Director, Creative Team, and Performance Team members to create award-winning content. He/she is also responsible for overseeing the community’s health and performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages.
- Respond to comments, questions, and messages promptly and engagingly.
- Support internal teams in advertising campaigns and budgets.
Community Building:
- Identify and connect with target audiences and potential brand advocates.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among followers and fans.
- Encourage user-generated content and engagement within the online community.
Content Creation:
- Generate engaging and relevant content, including posts, articles, videos, and visuals.
- Tailor content to the preferences and behaviors of the target audience.
- Use storytelling to create compelling narratives that align with the brand's values.
Engagement Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze social media and community engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize strategies.
- Measure the impact of community engagement efforts on the brand's objectives.
