About This Opportunity
The Head of Service Delivery for Jordan Will join the Cloud Software and Services team for all Jordan accounts , which is comprised of the Head of Service Delivery, Domain Sales Manager, and leading functionally a team of Program Directors, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Services Engineers, etc., Will be covering the full Ericsson CSS portfolio Service Delivery, interfacing customers, governing the project portfolio, taking accountability for the financials, will be shadow P&L owner for the business area, and delegate of the Customer Unit Head of CSS for the accounts
What You Will Do
- As overall accountable for the Service Delivery and profitability of the CSS business for the Country.
- Will interface regularly with customers in the different domains (Core Network, OSS, BSS, Managed Services, etc.),
- Will support the Country Manager and Account Managers in all Sales engagements.
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting of program-related trends, capability development and performance against project plans and budgets.
- Will follow up internally and govern and steer the project portfolio,
- will require having a strong financial understanding, and great business acumen, will support the presales activities and delivery.
- Proven record in add-on sales on a complex customer base.
- Lead in a matrix organization and demonstrate operational leadership in project execution and planning. The use of agile methodology to simplify ways of working and enable customer outcomes is major expectation of this role
- Will follow up internally and govern and steer the project portfolio,
- Develop a long-term strategy and plan for the business.
- Generate and seek out potential new opportunities.
To be successful in the role you must have
- University degree in Engineering/ICT, Higher university such as an MBA considered a merit
- Strong personal track record, including Leadership roles and minimum 10-15 years of Experience presales and service delivery experience.
- strong leadership skills in multi-cultural, multi-geography environment
- PMP and Project Management Certifications considered a plus
- Deep Ericsson Portfolio knowledge
- strong financial understanding
- strong Business understanding
