Case In Point Consulting is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Commercial Director to join our leadership team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation, particularly within consulting and productized service models. As a key member of our executive team, you will shape and execute commercial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships across the region.

Your Role:
- Lead the commercial strategy for the organization, driving business growth and profitability through a clear focus on client development, partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships at the executive level, ensuring continued satisfaction and the expansion of strategic accounts.
- Develop pricing strategies and lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company goals.
- Represent the firm at government expos, industry conferences, and regional thought leadership events
- Drive strategic sales cycles from opportunity mapping and solution positioning to proposal writing, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Work closely with consulting, product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Build strong executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, department heads, and key decision-makers.
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in a business development, enterprise sales, or key account management role
- Proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth in complex environments.
- Experience in consulting or professional services, with strong commercial exposure to client-facing engagements.
- Deep knowledge of the MEA market, with specific expertise in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman.
- Strong familiarity with productized service models, value-based selling, and consultative sales approaches
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and influence financial strategy.
- Excellent negotiation skills with deep experience finalizing pricing, SLAs, and contract terms with senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Arabic is a plus.
