Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support senior leadership in driving strategy development, business analysis, financial planning, and execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring the strategic plans actionable business outcomes, providing data-backed insights, and supporting investment and valuation assessments across the operations.

The ideal candidate is a data driven professional with a strong financial acumen and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. With over 5 years of experience preferably in financial services, advisory, or consulting the candidate excels at delivering data backed recommendations that optimize processes and drive profitability. Experience in financial analysis and a background in industrial sectors will be highly valued.
Job Responsibilities
- Support leadership in the design and refinement of corporate and business strategies
- Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance reviews
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and geographic expansions
- Develop financial models including business cases, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
- Support investment decision-making through valuation methods
- Analyze P&L statements, cash flows, and key financial metrics to inform leadership
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate across departments to gather inputs and align strategic objectives
- Participate in the planning and execution of business strategies and project initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, cost effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role.
- Experience working in financial services, advisory, or consulting firms is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Exposure to industrial business environments or clients is a strong advantage.
