Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Amman, Jordan. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the training and development industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
