Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Amman. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing staff, monitoring equipment, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management and manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
- Proficiency in production software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience with footwear manufacturing is a plus
