Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, design, and continuously improve the processes of the Quality Management Systems within the Group to ensure that processes are well established and implemented.
- Conduct internal quality audits on the performance of the Quality Management System, report the audit findings, and identify corrective/preventive actions to ensure the effective implementation of the systems in compliance with international standards and to identify any opportunity for improvement.
- Follow up on the implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model requirements in the company to ensure compliance of the Organizational Management System with the Excellence Standard.
- Run quality projects required by the different entities in the Group to optimize processes, increase efficiency, introduce a positive financial impact, and achieve the optimum level of management and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a quality stream leader for projects/services/products in order to enhance the capability of processes, increase revenue and/or reduce cost, and meet customers' expectations.
- Analyze and re-engineer processes and follow up on the implementation of introduced activities through KPIs monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of the introduced improvements and the availability of resources.
- Report to the direct manager on the progress of the different tasks/projects assigned and suggest future actions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
- 2 – 4 Years of experience in Quality positions, quality control, quality assurance, process re- engineering, Six Sigma projects.
- Knowledge and experience in applying Quality Standards.
- Proficiency in process design and improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Solid understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
