Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, network engineering,
5-7 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, with a focus on ICT solutions
Extensive knowledge of ICT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in cloud security principles and best practices.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful account plans, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of social selling strategies and digital communication platforms.
Deep understanding of data protection principles and regulations

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with Orange's strategic objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term value creation in the banking sector.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging solutions selling techniques and a deep understanding of banking industry requirements and regulatory constraints.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Understand the ICT landscape and Portfolio (products and services) in addition to propose relevant Cloud solutions, including Cloud Security, meeting customer evolving needs.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and support, to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, proactively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Champion digital communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive adoption of Orange's digital solutions.
Apply strong negotiation skills and business etiquette to effectively manage complex deals and build trust with clients.
Effectively handle and resolve customer escalations, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding mutually agreeable solutions
