Agency management Advisor - Turkish speaker
Responsibilities:
1、 Live streaming resource development: Develop and deepen the live resources of the Turkish speaking market, expand local cooperation resources such as agencies/influencer/live content creators to achieve business goals.
2、 Live resource management and maintenance： Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships. Monitor and deal with possible violations. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
3、 Competitive product analysis and market research: Monitor popular trends in the live broadcast market, explore competitive APPs’ policies and hunting agencies and broadcaster resources in the live industry, and help develop business goals.
4、 Data Analysis: Responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting agency data, providing valuable solutions based on data performance, and optimizing content promotion and revenue growth strategies.
Requirements:
1、 Proficient in English and Turkish. (Being able to speak Turkish is a plus).
2、 Good communication skills: experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Have certain negotiation skills.
3、 Goal-oriented, result-oriented, detailed, quick learner, be able to work under pressure
