Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in Amman for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and expanding client relationships, crafting and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and solution delivery.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Expertise in client relationship management, customer service, and account development.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions, emerging technologies, and digital communication tools such as WhatsApp Business API.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales roles involving B2B customers, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is an advantage.
