The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Employee Benefits team and contribute to the growth of our corporate business portfolio. The Employee Benefits Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients and brokers, and promoting innovative employee benefits solutions. The role offers valuable exposure to sales, client engagement, negotiation, and strategic business development, making it ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned corporate client portfolios, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end renewal processes for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Monitor and follow up on collections, account receivables, and outstanding client requirements.
- Promote wellness initiatives and increase client awareness and engagement in available wellness programs.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support portfolio growth and retention.
- Manage day-to-day client communications and calls, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, follow-up on requests, and delivery of high-quality service.
- Coordinate and execute assigned client servicing activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a client-facing, operations, or related role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant business systems.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, analyze information, and support decision-making while applying appropriate judgment and governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in insurance, employee benefits, or a related discipline.
- Experience in corporate employee benefits or group insurance portfolios.
- Excellent English communication skills, including professional business writing and verbal communication.
