Position Summary:
Cyborg Academy is seeking a proactive and well-connected Partnerships & Employment Officer to establish and strengthen relationships with employers, corporate clients, and strategic partners across Jordan and the GCC region.
The role focuses on creating employment opportunities for Academy graduates, building corporate training partnerships, identifying outsourcing opportunities, and developing long-term collaborations that support both the Academy’s growth and industry workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Relations & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, employers, and strategic partners across Jordan and GCC countries.
- Identify business opportunities related to employment, outsourcing, corporate training, and workforce solutions.
- Expand the Academy’s corporate network and develop partnerships that support business growth and revenue generation.
- Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and develop suitable collaboration models.
Employment & Outsourcing
- Secure employment, placement, and outsourcing opportunities for Academy graduates and trainees.
- Develop partnerships with companies seeking full-time, part-time, project-based, or outsourced talent.
- Coordinate talent matching and workforce deployment based on client requirements.
- Follow up with employers throughout the recruitment and placement process and track employment outcomes.
Corporate Training & B2B Sales
- Identify and approach companies with upskilling, reskilling, and professional training needs.
- Promote and sell Cyborg Academy’s training programs and customized learning solutions to corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable training solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers, and follow up throughout the sales cycle from initial engagement to agreement.
- Maintain corporate client relationships to generate repeat training and additional business opportunities.
Training Program Management
- Manage assigned corporate and partnership-based training programs from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate the full program process, including trainee registration, screening, selection, onboarding, scheduling, and completion, as applicable.
- Coordinate with clients, trainers, trainees, and internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Monitor training delivery, trainee progress, timelines, feedback, and agreed deliverables.
- Provide regular program updates and address operational issues throughout implementation.
Grants & Funding
- Research and identify grants, funding programs, and strategic opportunities aligned with the Academy’s objectives.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of grant applications, proposals, and required documentation.
- Follow up with funding organizations throughout the application and evaluation process.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of funding opportunities, deadlines, applications, and outcomes.
Partnership Management & Reporting
- Prepare partnership proposals and support negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, employer demand, and corporate training needs to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline of partnerships, training, employment, outsourcing, and funding opportunities.
- Track activities and results and provide regular reports against agreed KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Employer Relations, Recruitment, Sales, Partnerships, or Corporate Relations.
- Existing professional network with companies in Jordan is highly preferred.
- Experience working with GCC companies is considered a strong advantage.
