Position Summary:
We are seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join our fast-growing team as Junior Lead Generation Specialists. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and setting up qualified meetings for our experienced sales team.
Comprehensive training on AI tools, LinkedIn, and multiple resources will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business leads. - Initiate contact with potential clients via LinkedIn, emails, and calls. - Schedule and coordinate meetings for the business development team. - Maintain updated CRM records and sales reports. - Prepare quotations and track RFQs (Request for Quotations). - Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications: -
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, tele-sales, or call center roles (experience in tele-sales or call centers is a plus). - Professional level of English (written & spoken is a must). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and techniques. - Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.

Salary Range: 350 – 500 JOD (based on experience and qualifications)
