CVskills is hiring a Sales Officer – Training and Educational Services to promote and sell our English-language programmes, professional training courses, assessments, and international certifications to individuals, companies, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective B2B and B2C clients by telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other approved channels.
- Identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable CVskills products and services.
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain programme features, benefits, prices, and registration procedures clearly and professionally.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve the assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the customer service, marketing, and operations teams.
- Follow up on payments and ensure the proper completion of registrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Professional telephone manner and confidence when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Experience in training, education, EdTech, or professional certifications is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary: JOD 300.
- Sales commission: 2% on successfully collected sales, in accordance with the company’s commission policy.
