Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, present Target Reach’s ERP, digital transformation, and IoT solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, delivering product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting sales pipelines, and providing ongoing customer support to ensure high satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will contribute to sales targets, participate in sales meetings and training, and represent the company at industry events when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Training clients or colleagues on solutions, features, or best practices to support successful implementation and adoption.
- Familiarity with ERP, digital transformation, industrial IoT, or related technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic analytical skills to tailor solutions and justify business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.
