Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, focused on driving growth for تطبيق مسرّة | Masarrah App by expanding its network of hosts, property owners, and partners. In this position, the Sales Executive identifies and qualifies leads, conducts outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, and converts prospects into active partners on the platform. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their properties are set up effectively for success on Masarrah. The Sales Executive collaborates with internal teams to share market feedback, support promotional activities, and contribute to revenue targets. Daily tasks involve managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and reporting on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals, preferably in technology, hospitality, or travel-related services.
- Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation abilities to support long-term partnerships with hosts and property owners.
- Clear and professional communication skills in spoken and written form, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and conduct effective meetings.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, mobile apps, and basic office software to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management; experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to providing a positive experience for partners and guests.
