🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
- Analyse, map, and improve business processes while creating process flows and workflow documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating delivered features.
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within software or digital product environments.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Excellent analytical and business process mapping skills (BPMN or equivalent).
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
⭐ Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis.
- Previous experience within a similar business domain.
