Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Amman, Jordan. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing strategies for client acquisition, nurturing relationships with clients, and supporting sales and revenue growth initiatives. Additionally, the Business Development Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to evaluate trends, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience and expertise in Lead Generation and Business Development strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
- Regional experience (MENA/GCC) is a strong plus
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or service industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business software is a plus
