Job Summary:
As a Senior Officer, Business Development Licensing, you will play a key role in expanding Axantia's pharmaceutical portfolio by identifying and evaluating new licensing opportunities, conducting commercial due diligence, developing financial business cases, and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully execute licensing agreements from opportunity assessment through contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new in-licensing opportunities aligned with Axantia's strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional due diligence activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop commercial feasibility studies and financial business cases to support licensing decisions.
- Coordinate licensing projects from opportunity assessment through contract execution.
- Support the negotiation and structuring of licensing, supply, and technology transfer agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or a related scientific field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Business Development, Licensing, Product Management, or Commercial Analysis.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical licensing processes, commercial evaluation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
