Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Specialist, based in Amman, Jordan, will be pivotal in generating high-quality leads to fuel Acuative’s growth in the US and Middle East markets. This role involves leveraging ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator for prospecting, matching and validating data, executing targeted email campaigns, managing leads in Salesforce, and creating new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in using AI tools to accelerate content creation, build sales lead lists, develop social media content, and construct comprehensive 12-month marketing plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect Identification: Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator to identify and target decision-makers in industries such as retail, finance, and public sector across the US and Middle East for Acuative’s telecom solutions.
• Data Matching and Validation: Cleanse and match lead data to ensure accuracy, maintaining a robust database for effective outreach in diverse markets.
• Email Campaign Execution: Design and deploy personalized email campaigns to engage prospects, showcasing Acuative’s offerings like SD-WAN, 5G, and unified communications, while optimizing for engagement and conversions. Leverage AI prompting tools to generate compelling, region-specific email copy at scale.
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms) to produce high-quality marketing documents, sales collateral, and social media posts tailored to US and Middle East audiences. Craft and refine effective prompts to generate on-brand content efficiently.
• Sales Lead List Development: Apply AI prompting techniques in conjunction with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator to build, segment, and prioritize targeted sales lead lists for regional sales teams.
• Social Media Content Generation: Develop and schedule engaging social media posts using AI tools, aligning content with campaign goals and Acuative’s brand voice across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• 12-Month Marketing Plan Creation: Utilize AI tools to research, structure, and produce comprehensive annual marketing plans that align with Acuative’s growth objectives in
the US and Middle East, incorporating campaign calendars, budget frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
• Salesforce Management: Input, track, and manage leads in Salesforce, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales teams in the US and Middle East and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Opportunity Creation: Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads and create new sales opportunities, driving pipeline growth in both the US and Middle East.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (e.g., open rates, lead conversion), and refine strategies to maximize ROI across regions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global marketing and sales leadership to align lead generation efforts with Acuative’s business objectives in the US and Middle East.
• Event Management & Webinar Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and industry conferences to promote Acuative’s solutions and generate leads across the US and Middle East markets. Take the lead in organizing and hosting webinars from end to end, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, platform management, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up to convert participants into sales opportunities.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation roles, ideally in telecom or technology sectors.
• Proven success using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator for prospecting and lead identification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce for CRM management and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to execute effective email marketing campaigns (experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp a plus).
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to generate marketing documents, sales lead lists, social media content, and multi-channel marketing plans.
Skills:
• Proficiency with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent) and the ability to write effective prompts that produce accurate, on-brand outputs.
• Skilled in using LinkedIn Navigator to build and engage prospect networks, particularly in the US and Middle East markets.
• Strong analytical skills for matching and validating lead data with precision.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling, region-specific content across email, social media, and marketing documents.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute a 12-month marketing plan using AI-assisted research and planning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of telecommunications technologies.
• Experience supporting business in the US and Middle East, with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with AI content governance practices to ensure accuracy and brand compliance in AI-generated outputs.
• Experience planning and executing B2B events, trade shows, or webinars, including familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, ON24, or similar tools.
