About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to join the MEDICA team in Amman. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining brand integrity across all marketing initiatives, managing our FMCG product portfolio, and driving strategies that maximize company profitability and market share.

- Job Type: Full-time (Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Brand Strategy & Guidelines: Define and implement style guides, brand guidelines, and short- and long-term brand visions.
- Communication & Principal Relations: Plan and execute communication with global brand principals and media partners across all channels, including digital and social media.
- Product & Business Development: Assist with product development, pricing strategies, new product launches, and identifying new business opportunities in the local market.
- Collateral & Budgeting: Create and manage promotional collateral to elevate product branding while tightly managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Market Insights: Maintain a strong market presence to monitor, gather, and analyze competitor and customer insights.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze sales forecasts, review relevant financials, and report on product sales performance.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels and prepare orders to balance stock levels, ensuring sufficient supply for marketing activities without overstocking.
- Sales Enablement: Provide product and brand training to the sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell each SKU.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both retail customers and international brand principals.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: BA or MA Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of related marketing or trade marketing experience (FMCG experience is highly preferred).
- Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Arabic is required (written and spoken, for principal communication).
- Technical Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Clearance: Must be eligible for local security clearance.
