Role Description
The Strategic Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman.
This role serves as the primary link between Zero1Hundred, its clients, and the internal creative and marketing teams. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, developing marketing strategies and content plans, and coordinating the internal execution of approved activities.
The role requires someone who can confidently lead client communication while also thinking strategically about each account. Daily responsibilities include managing client meetings and correspondence, preparing briefs, developing monthly and campaign-based marketing plans, coordinating deliverables, reviewing work before client submission, and ensuring projects are completed on time and in line with agreed objectives.
The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with designers, content creators, media buyers, videographers, and other internal team members to translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing reports and presentations, and proactively recommending new ideas that support each client’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding each client’s business, market, objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Lead client meetings, follow-ups, approvals, feedback collection, and day-to-day account communication.
- Develop marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and monthly content plans aligned with client objectives.
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with creative, content, digital advertising, production, and web teams to ensure effective execution.
- Review content, designs, presentations, and campaign materials before sharing them with clients.
- Manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and approval processes simultaneously.
- Monitor campaign and content performance and translate results into practical recommendations.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, proposals, meeting summaries, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance, expand services, and strengthen client partnerships.
- Ensure all client-facing work is strategically aligned, accurate, consistent, and delivered to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and manage expectations professionally.
- Experience in account management, marketing strategy, content planning, branding, or digital marketing.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media content, campaign planning, branding, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to prepare clear creative briefs, content calendars, reports, and client presentations.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market and campaign insights.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across client deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams while maintaining accountability for execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing, branding, advertising, or consulting agency is strongly preferred.
