Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients, and presenting InfinityDigitalJo’s IT and digital marketing solutions in a clear, value-focused way. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and networking events; preparing proposals and quotations; coordinating with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions; and managing the sales pipeline through to deal closure. The Sales Executive will track performance against targets, maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular forecasts and reports, and contribute feedback to improve offerings and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to qualify opportunities and move them through the sales cycle.
- Experience in solution selling, consultative sales, and presenting digital marketing services to business clients.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, including confident client-facing presentation and meeting skills.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, software, or digital marketing concepts (such as branding, social media, and paid campaigns) and eagerness to learn technical details.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic productivity software to document activities, manage data, and report on performance.
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with measurable KPIs.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
