Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings, and presenting Orjuwan Group’s marketing services and solutions to potential and existing clients. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and account teams to align sales efforts with campaign strategies, tracking performance against targets, and preparing regular sales reports. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, pitching services, and closing deals in a B2B or agency environment.
- Ability to deliver Training and support to clients or junior team members on products, services, and processes.
- Experience in Sales Management, including managing pipelines, forecasting, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
