About the role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team across digital, social, trade marketing, and events. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone eager to learn the full marketing mix in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment, working closely with the Marketing Supervisor on day-to-day execution.
What you will do and learn
Social, digital and content
Support our social media pages and content calendar, including scheduling posts, writing captions, and briefing designers.
Help set up and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and Google, tracking basic performance metrics.
Trade and brand marketing
Assist in preparing materials for brand principal campaigns and in-store promotions.
Coordinate with the sales team on POS visibility and product displays.
Events and activations
Support events and in-store activations end to end: help plan logistics, coordinate with suppliers and venues, assist with on-site setup and run day, and help with wrap-up and post-event reporting.
Support seasonal promotions and sampling activities.
Admin and reporting
Maintain spreadsheets for budget tracking and campaign reporting.
Support basic market and competitor research.
What we are looking for
0-2 years of experience in marketing (internships count), ideally with exposure to FMCG, retail, or distribution.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable supporting events and being on-site when needed.
Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Nice to have
Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe).
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Google Ads.
