Description:
The Growth Marketing Manager – Crypto is responsible for driving sustainable platform growth by developing data-driven marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and engagement within the crypto ecosystem.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and platform adoption.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user onboarding and retention.
- Manage referral, affiliate, and partnership programs to accelerate growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the crypto industry.
- Monitor growth KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention rates, and user engagement.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and insights on growth marketing performance.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and digital growth strategies.
