Role Description The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for planning, managing, and executing integrated marketing communication initiatives for Zero1Hundred and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing communication strategies, crafting key messages, writing and editing press releases and marketing materials, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing timelines and deliverables, and overseeing the production of communication assets such as web content, social media copy, presentations, and campaign collateral. The Marketing Communications Manager will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and refine communication plans based on data and stakeholder feedback. The role also includes maintaining strong media and partner relationships to support visibility, positioning, and market leadership for client brands.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, editing, and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications, with the ability to develop and implement integrated communication plans.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Press Releases and other media-facing content.
- Solid Project Management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in agency, consulting, or brand-side marketing environments, preferably in the Middle East region.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in measuring communication effectiveness and using data to optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
