Marketing Specialist (B2B)
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of Cyborg's B2B marketing initiatives across campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), events, market research, and sales enablement. Working closely with the Marketing Team Lead, the role will help drive strategic marketing initiatives while ensuring high-quality execution and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience who is eager to grow into a Senior Marketing Specialist role within a fast-growing enterprise AI and intelligent automation company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Support campaign planning, timelines, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Support the planning and execution of ABM initiatives targeting strategic accounts.
- Conduct account research and develop customer and industry insights.
- Coordinate personalized marketing activities in collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Support the development of marketing strategies, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
Events & Marketing Operations
- Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and executive events.
- Manage event logistics, vendor communication, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support post-event reporting, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to develop marketing materials and campaign support.
- Assist in creating presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing assets.
- Support lead nurturing initiatives and campaign follow-up activities.
Reporting & Performance
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports and insights for management.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design, Digital Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, and external partners to ensure consistent execution.
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing strategy.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and events.
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in enterprise technology, AI, intelligent automation, enterprise software, digital transformation, or technology consulting is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
- Strong proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to enhance marketing research, campaign planning, content development, analysis, and operational efficiency, while exercising sound professional judgment and validating outputs.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and digital channels.
