Content Creator - Vyltic, Amman
Before anything else, the practical stuff - we'd rather you know now than find out at the interview:
- Salary: 400 JOD/month to start
- This is a field role. You're out most days - venues, events, client locations, shoots - not at a desk
- You'll need your own transport, since the job moves around Amman daily
- Content happens when life happens, so expect some evenings and weekends when the calendar needs them
If any of that doesn't fit your life right now, that's completely okay - we appreciate you reading this far. If it sounds like exactly your life, keep going, because this gets good.
Vyltic is Jordan's largest padel network - 8,500+ players, 70+ courts in 4 cities, 200+ events so far. We also run Welltold, our in-house agency handling marketing for external clients and partners. Between the two, something worth capturing is happening somewhere in Amman every single day: matches, tournaments, new venues, client campaigns, launches, the real moments that make a brand feel alive. Right now, nobody's full job is being out there catching it. That's the job.
Here's what makes this role different from every other content job you'll see this week: you're not creating for one brand. Some days you're capturing our own world - the padel, the players, the events. Other days you're at a client's restaurant in the morning, their gym in the afternoon, and back at a tournament by night. Each brand has its own voice, its own audience, and its own idea of what good looks like. The caption that works for one would embarrass the other. Your job is to walk into each of those worlds, capture it the way it deserves, edit fast - same day, not next week - and write the hooks and captions yourself, in Arabic and English, in that brand's voice, not yours.
If switching voices sounds like fun rather than a headache, you're our kind of person. If you have one style and you're loyal to it, this will drive you crazy - better to know now.
One more thing, and it matters as much as the camera work: on the ground, you are the brand. Ours and our clients'. You're walking into busy businesses, asking strangers to be filmed, getting a nervous restaurant owner comfortable on camera, moving through a packed venue on its biggest night. That takes energy people can feel, an approachability that makes people say yes to you, and showing up looking and carrying yourself like someone worth saying yes to. If people naturally warm to you within a minute of meeting you, that's the qualification we can't teach.
What we're after: someone who shoots naturally on a phone and can handle a camera, edits quickly without losing quality, and writes captions people actually read. If you already post your own content and it's good, that counts for more than a degree. Motion graphics or After Effects is a plus, not a must - the fast, real, same-day content is the job.
One thing we want to be clear about: we're not hiring for a gig, and we're not looking for someone passing through. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career - and this is a company where that's actually possible. We'd rather have ten exceptional people than fifty average ones, so the bar is high and stays high. But performance here is measured openly, and growth follows it. We're expanding into new sports and new markets, and the people who prove themselves early are the ones who end up carrying the bigger roles when we get there. The salary above is where this starts - it is not where it goes. There's no ceiling here. It's just earned.
To apply: send your CV to careers@vyltic.com with subject line "Content Creator", a few lines about yourself and why you fit what we described above, and a portfolio of your work - your own account, reels you've shot, edits you're proud of, anything real. The work matters more than the CV, so make sure we see it.
