We're looking for a PR and Marketing Officer who is passionate about marketing, public relations, business development, and building long-term partnerships. If you're proactive, professional, and enjoy connecting with people while helping organizations grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Support and execute PR and marketing initiatives.
- Represent Specto across meetings, events, conferences, and industry activities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with organizations, schools, universities, companies, NGOs, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Present Specto's products, services, and projects professionally.
- Coordinate marketing and visibility activities with internal teams.
- Track leads, meetings, and follow-up opportunities.
- Contribute to presentations, company profiles, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about trends in technology, education, training, certification, and digital solutions.
We're looking for someone who has:
• Practical experience in PR, Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, Outreach, or Client Relations.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A good understanding of B2B and B2C relationship-building.
• Interest in technology, education, training, certification, or digital transformation.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the technology, education, training, certification, or development sectors.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, branding, events, or content creation.
• An existing professional network relevant to the role.
• A portfolio showcasing previous PR, marketing, branding, campaigns, events, or communication work.
