Ignite Outsourcing Business Solutions helps service-based businesses grow through digital marketing, lead generation, website development, automation, customer care, and business support solutions.
We are currently expanding our MENA operations and are looking for a confident, driven Sales Executive to help us acquire new clients and build strong business relationships across Jordan and the wider MENA region.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive – MENA will be responsible for identifying potential clients, contacting business owners, understanding their needs, presenting suitable Ignite services, and converting opportunities into signed clients.
This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the confidence to conduct phone calls, WhatsApp outreach, online communication, and in-person business visits when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential clients across Jordan and the MENA region
* Contact businesses through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and social media
* Conduct in-person visits and meetings with business owners and decision-makers
* Understand each prospect’s needs and recommend suitable Ignite services
* Present marketing, website, lead-generation, and business-support packages
* Follow up consistently with interested prospects
* Book meetings and prepare opportunities for proposals and closing
* Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM or sales tracker
* Coordinate with the marketing and management teams on sales materials and proposals
* Work toward monthly client-acquisition and revenue targets
* Report progress, challenges, and pipeline updates to management
Requirements
* Strong Arabic communication skills
* Good English communication skills
* Confident, professional, and persuasive personality
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition is preferred
* Comfortable making calls and approaching businesses directly
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
* Organized and able to manage multiple prospects
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Based in Amman and available for full-time, on-site work
