Role Description The Senior Sales Executive – Jordan Market is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for InfoSeed’s conversational platform. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Jordan market. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct product demos, tailor solutions to client needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. They will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction. Ongoing activities include pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- 4-5 Years Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and deal negotiation.
- Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or technology solutions, with the ability to understand and explain product features and value to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.
- Solid account management and customer success orientation, including follow-up, relationship nurturing, and retention strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with CRM tools, manage pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Proven experience in the Jordan market, preferably in B2B sales within tech, digital, or telecommunications sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Understanding of customer engagement, conversational platforms, or WhatsApp Business API is an advantage.
