We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development / Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and promoting innovative healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, SaaS, or software solutions is highly preferred.
