Job Description – Sales & Brand Outreach Coordinator (Fashion & Lifestyle)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly motivated Sales & Brand Outreach Coordinator to support our client in building relationships with fashion and lifestyle brands across international markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a natural sales mindset, and an interest in the fashion industry. While previous experience is not required, we are looking for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and is confident representing the company in professional outreach.
This is a goal-oriented position where success is measured by results rather than fixed working hours.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential leads within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and watch industries.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to establish business connections.
- Build relationships with brands and decision-makers to secure introductory meetings for the client.
- Utilize existing databases and CRM tools (RocketReach) to source and manage leads.
- Research companies independently and identify the appropriate stakeholders based on organizational hierarchy.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings between prospects and the client.
- Assist with additional business or administrative tasks as needed, depending on skills and business requirements.
- Proactively ask questions and seek clarification before initiating outreach when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect information.
Requirements- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent French verbal skills, written communication are a plus (fluency is not required).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business outreach.
- Interest in or knowledge of the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or watch industries.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Confident, professional, and well-presented personality.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new concepts and processes independently.
- Goal-oriented, responsive, and highly proactive.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and virtual meetings.
