Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Amman, Jordan. The Salesperson will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and clearly communicate InfinityDigitalJo’s IT and digital marketing solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves collaborating with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions, maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to build long-term client relationships, provide ongoing account support, and represent the company professionally at client meetings and relevant events.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Solid understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing services, or a strong willingness and capacity to learn these domains.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and marketing concepts in clear business terms.
- Proficiency in basic productivity and CRM tools for managing pipelines, tracking activities, and reporting results.
- Proven ability to work toward targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, agency environments, or technology and marketing sectors is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, and eligibility to work on-site in Amman, Jordan.
