About the Role: Hunt Pro, based in Bayader, Amman, is seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative. We are a specialized trading education company, and your primary mission is to connect with prospects, pitch the value of our training programs, and successfully guide them to open and activate their investment portfolios. As part of our modern lead-generation approach, this role also involves participating in our social media videos. We are looking for a relentless closer who is highly persuasive on calls and completely comfortable appearing on camera.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive high-volume inbound and outbound communications to engage potential clients.
- Pitch our complimentary trading training programs with confidence, converting prospects into active clients.
- Seamlessly guide clients step-by-step through the investment portfolio setup and activation process.
- Participate in shooting short, engaging promotional videos for our social media platforms to generate inbound leads.
- Meet and consistently exceed defined sales conversion and portfolio activation targets.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural, undeniable talent for persuasion and closing deals.
- Comfortable and natural appearing in social media video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels).
