Sheez and Shine Organics are looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist to lead the creative direction of our marketing campaigns, advertising content, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
* Write compelling ad scripts, video concepts, and content hooks.
* Plan and oversee photoshoots and video productions, including shot lists and mood boards.
* Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, and the media buying team to execute campaigns.
* Build and manage both organic and paid content strategies.
* Plan and organize campaign calendars and product launches.
* Analyze content performance and continuously optimize creative strategies.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Creative Marketing, Content Strategy, or a related field.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
* Proven experience planning and managing photo and video shoots.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing previous campaigns and creative work is highly preferred.
