Marketing & Sales Specialist — Full-time, on-site in Amman
Role Description
The Marketing & Sales Specialist is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) that strengthen Aşkım Cosmetics' brand presence, while also achieving sales targets, overseeing day-to-day operations, and preparing regular performance reports for management. The role leverages AI tools to boost productivity and improve the quality of decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Manage social media accounts and create/schedule content aligned with the brand identity
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Use AI tools to generate content, ad copy, and visuals more efficiently
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and recommend optimizations
- Automate audience targeting and campaign optimization using AI-powered tools (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max)
- Coordinate with other teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotional offers
Sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Build and grow relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners
- Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales
- Negotiate and close deals with business partners
- Use AI tools to forecast customer behavior and identify sales opportunities
Operations Monitoring
- Monitor day-to-day workflows related to marketing and sales (inventory, distribution, orders)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational bottlenecks
- Ensure campaigns and activities stay on schedule and within budget
Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly) documenting marketing campaign performance and sales results
- Analyze data and extract key performance indicators (KPIs) using AI tools, and present findings to management
- Propose improvement plans based on report and analytics findings
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Experience in direct sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in the beauty or personal care industry
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure performance and support data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing and sales, such as: Content and ad copy generation (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)
- AI-powered image/video design (Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)
- Data analysis and customer behavior forecasting
- Ad campaign automation and audience targeting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare clear, organized reports
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) and content management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
