JOB PURPOSE
The Senior IT Business Analysis Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding requirements, and translating them into IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and structure data, files, logical operations, and final data layouts to optimize system performance and efficiency. Ensure that all components are meticulously designed to enhance processing speed, data integrity, and overall system functionality, thereby contributing to a robust and scalable business environment.
- Perform rigorous testing on new systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end users, utilizing clear and effective instructional methods to ensure a smooth transition and proficient use of new systems.
- Facilitate coordination between developers and end users, ensuring technical solutions align with user requirements and expectations. Act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to assess project feasibility, make informed decisions, and prepare detailed technical analyses.
- Evaluate available solutions based on technical and business criteria to determine their suitability for implementation. Conduct analysis to assess how well each solution meets the organization's technical requirements. Recommend the most appropriate solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions, providing insights, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and technological advancements. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, vendors, and management, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and successful delivery of IT solutions.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL
SKILLS
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Professional Expertise
- Strong knowledge in the business field (ERP Systems).
- Good experience in SQL server, Access, SQL scripts coding.
EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
EXPERIENCE Four to six years of experience in a similar role.
