Role Overview
Thunder Haus Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for its point-of-sale technology portfolio in the Jordanian market, in partnership with POSMENA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract execution — targeting businesses in the retail, food & beverage, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a structured pipeline of prospective clients across the retail, F&B, and hospitality sectors in Jordan
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Prepare and present commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals in line with revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting to management
- Represent Thunder Haus Solutions professionally at client meetings and industry engagements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Prior experience in technology sales — POS systems, SaaS, or business solutions — is strongly preferred
- Established network within the Jordanian retail, F&B, or hospitality market is a significant advantage
- Strong command of Arabic; professional proficiency in English required
- Highly organised, self-directed, and capable of managing a pipeline independently
