We’re looking for a proactive and creative Community & Engagement Moderator to help manage and grow our online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, broadcast channels, groups, and other community spaces.
This role focuses primarily on community engagement and moderation, with the added bonus of supporting content creation when needed. If you enjoy interacting with people online, staying up to date with trends, and creating engaging content, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate our online communities across social media platforms, broadcast channels, and groups.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a friendly, timely, and engaging manner.
- Monitor brand presence and ensure a positive, active community experience.
- Help brainstorm and support ideas for social media content and engagement campaigns.
- Assist in filming short-form social media content when needed. Being comfortable on camera is a strong plus.
- Write engaging captions and copy for posts and community updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and community initiatives.
- Track engagement and provide simple weekly/monthly performance updates.
- Support other day-to-day social media tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- No experience required, just bring your creativity and enthusiasm.
- Specialized in social media, community moderation, customer engagement, or content creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Comfortable engaging with online communities in a friendly and professional way.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) is a plus.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and online culture.
