We're Hiring: Export Lead (Manager)
We're looking for a driven and experienced Export Lead to join our team — a key role that owns our entire export operation end-to-end.

What you'll be doing:
• Managing all export activities independently — from order processing and documentation to logistics coordination and customs compliance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors and buyers
• Identifying new market opportunities and supporting business development across target regions
• Ensuring full compliance with importing country regulations, halal certifications, and international food safety standards
• Coordinating with internal teams (production, quality, finance) to ensure smooth and on-time shipments • Preparing export documentation: certificates of origin, packing lists, commercial invoices, and sanitary certificates.
What we're looking for:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in food export (dairy, FMCG, or agri-food preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms
• Experience managing distributor networks across GCC, MENA, or African markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Self-starter who can manage a full department independently
