Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Consultant - Life Insurance , you’ll be a key player in driving our growth by building lasting client relationships and introducing our tailored life insurance solutions to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales pipeline, engage potential clients through various channels, and meet sales targets. If you’re skilled at understanding clients’ needs and motivated by the opportunity to make an impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, Target, and Sell to Customers: Engage with prospective and existing clients through cold calls, networking, and outdoor/field meetings to build a strong client base and achieve sales.
- Use Appropriate Interpersonal Skills: Apply effective communication techniques to gain customer acceptance and meet their needs.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Build positive relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Overcome Obstacles: Address challenges that may prevent sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet individual sales goals in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and requirements:
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in successful sales .
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Experience exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A fast learner with the ability to understand basic concepts.
- Great attention to detail must be maintained.
- Proficient with computers and software applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
